- 1 loaf Italian bread (unsliced)
- 1 large clove garlic, halved
- 1/2 c. low-fat Ricotta cheese
- 1 tsp. leaf oregano
- 1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan
Directions

1Halve bread lengthwise; rub with garlic.

2Cut in 4-inch sections, then 4 x 1 x 1-inch sticks.

3Broil 5 inches from heat for 2 minutes to lightly brown.

4Cool half of bread; store airtight for another batch later in the week.
