  • 4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 cup water

Directions

    In a mixer bowl add the flour, salt, sugar yeast with 4 tablespoons of warm water on top of the yeast.

    Leave to rest for 10 minutes until you see some bubbles on top of the yeast.

    Add your oil and step by step add the water.

    The dough dont need to be to sticky at this point.

    Make a big ball put in a baking pan.Need to rest for about 30 minutes, put some water on the top using your hand no over weat !!!.

    Cover with a plastic wrap.

    Cut the top using a knife to help the growing process

    When the dough is double time to put in the oven @ 350AF for about 25 minutes.

    After step 4 you have to knead the dough for about 8 minutes.

    That s step it s for the aeration of your bread .
