Parmesan Vegetable Toss

  • 4 c. bite size broccoli florets
  • 4 c. bite size cauliflower florets
  • 1 large sweet onion, sliced into thin rings
  • 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 lb. bacon, crisp cooked and crumbled

Directions

    In large bowl, mix broccoli, cauliflower and onion.

    In small bowl, mix cheese, sugar, salt and mayonnaise.

    Add dressing to vegetables.

    Mix well and refrigerate several hours.

    Just before serving, add bacon.
