  • 200 g canned clams (drained)
  • 3 sausages (diced)
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • cheddar cheese (grated)

Directions

    Put all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix until eggs are all frothy.

    Fry on a pan for 5 minutes.

    Flip over and fry for 3 minutes.

    Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.

    Fold in half.

    Serve hot.
