- 3 sausages (diced)
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- cheddar cheese (grated)
Directions

1Put all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix until eggs are all frothy.

2Fry on a pan for 5 minutes.

3Flip over and fry for 3 minutes.

4Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.

5Fold in half.

6Serve hot.
