  • 1 whole Lemon
  • 1/4 cups Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1/4 cups Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1 Tablespoon Marjoram
  • 1 Tablespoon Thyme
  • 1 Tablespoon Oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Toasted Sesame Seeds (optional)

    Pound chicken breast to uniform thickness.

    Juice lemon and add juice to a Ziploc bag.

    Add remaining ingredients to bag and squish or stir to combine.

    Add chicken and marinate for about an hour.

    Preheat grill.

    Once grill is hot, turn heat down and grill about 10 minutes on each side (or until done, depending on size of chicken).
