- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. skim milk
- 1/2 c. cold water
- 5 egg whites
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Directions

1Preheat oven to 450°.

2Coat a 12-muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.

3In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, milk, cold water and chopped parsley.

4With electric mixer at high, beat mixture until just smooth.

5Fold softly beaten egg whites into batter; mix gently, then evenly fill prepared muffin cups with batter.

6Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until well browned, puffed up and firm.
