  • 3/4 c. Rice
  • 1 1/2 qts. Milk
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 3/4 lb. Cheddar Cheese, grated
  • 6 Eggs, well beaten
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, finely minced
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 sm. Bunch Parsley, finely chopped

    Combine ingredients in the order given, mix well.

    Pour into a 9x14-inch pan.

    Bake at 325° for about one hour.
