  • 1/2 lb. cooked, drained sausage (ham works too)
  • 4 boiled eggs, chopped
  • 6 oz. grated sharp cheese (may substitute cheese of choice)
  • 2 raw eggs
  • 1 small can evaporated milk
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Combine sausage, eggs and cheese.

    Add raw eggs and evaporated milk.

    Add salt and pepper to taste.

    Pour into deep dish pie shell.

    Bake at 375° for 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean when inserted.
