- partridge breasts and legs
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 2 onions, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 large can chow mein noodles
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Parboil partridge breasts and legs with carrot and onion in water to cover for about 30 minutes.

2Drain and take meat from bones.

3Mix together meat, mushrooms, mushroom soup diluted with milk and noodles.

4Adjust salt and pepper, if necessary.

5Turn into well buttered casserole and bake in 350° oven for 1 1/2 hours.
