  • 4 partridge breasts, deboned
  • 1/2 tsp. parslied garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. rosemary, crushed
  • 1/3 c. olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

    Cut breasts into 1-inch pieces.

    Mix flour, garlic salt, paprika, salt, pepper and rosemary.

    Dredge partridge pieces in mixture.

    Heat olive oil, butter and fresh garlic in large skillet.

    Saute partridge pieces over medium heat, stirring constantly, until golden brown.

    Cooking time is approximately 7 minutes.
