Ingredients: 4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened; 1 small jar pimento, chopped fine and drained; 2 pkg. beef-flavored instant broth; 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce; 1 tsp. lemon juice; 1 (8 oz.) pkg. grated Cheddar cheese; 1 can crab meat, drained and chopped

1 small jar pimento, chopped fine and drained
2 pkg. beef-flavored instant broth
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 (8 oz.) pkg. grated Cheddar cheese
1 can crab meat, drained and chopped

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in large bowl.

This recipe will make 1 large or 2 medium balls.

Form ball with your hands and roll onto a plate that has finely chopped walnuts or pecans. Cover with foil and refrigerate.

Serve with your favorite crackers.
