  • 4 whole chicken breasts, boned and split
  • 1/2 slice bacon (wrapped around each piece)
  • 1 (4 oz.) pkg. dried beef
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/2 pt. sour cream

Directions

    Place chipped beef in bottom of an 8 x 12-inch baking dish. Roll up each piece of breast and wrap with bacon secured with toothpick.

    Lay evenly over chipped beef.

    Mix undiluted soup with sour cream and pour over chicken. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 275° for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
