Ingredients: 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened; 1/4 c. dairy sour cream; 2 Tbsp. confectioners sugar; 1 Tbsp. lemon juice; 1/2 tsp. salt; 1 c. diced bananas; 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained; 1/2 c. diced orange sections; 1/2 c. halved maraschino cherries; 1/2 c. chopped pecans; 1 c. whipping cream, whipped; maraschino cherries

1 c. diced bananas
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
1/2 c. diced orange sections
1/2 c. halved maraschino cherries
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. whipping cream, whipped

In a small mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, lemon juice and salt until light and fluffy.

Fold in bananas, pineapple, oranges, cherries, pecans and whipped cream.

Turn into a 6-cup mold.

Chill until firm (12 to 24 hours).

Unmold.

Garnish with maraschino cherries.

Serves 10 to 12.
