- 6 slices toast
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 6 strips bacon, cooked
- 6 eggs
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Crack eggs, pouring whites into a mixing bowl and leaving yolks in one half of each shell.

2Place in an egg carton or small muffin tin to keep upright until ready to use.

3Beat egg whites until stiff; season with salt and pepper.

4Place toast on a baking sheet and butter.

5Distribute bacon and divide the egg whites between the toast, mounding the egg whites high on each.

6Make an indentation in the center of the egg whites and slip the yolks into the indentions.

7Top with grated cheese.

8Bake 7 to 10 minutes, until whites are browned and yolks are set to your preference.

9Serves 4 to 6.
