  • 12 gallon vanilla ice cream
  • 1 (30 ounce) can mango pulp
  • strawberry syrup, if desired (I like Quik)

Directions

    Place the ice cream in a large bowl and soften in the refrigerator about 1 hour before preparing.

    Take out ice cream, place in a large punch bowl (or use the previous bowl) and add mango pulp, mixing well to incorporate.

    Serve in goblet glasses and finish with strawberry syrup if desired.
