  • 1/2 tsp. cumin
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped onions
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. oil

Directions

    Combine all ingredients, except flour and oil.

    Brown meatballs on all sides in oil over medium heat.
