- 1 pkg. ladyfingers
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped
- 1 small can crushed pineapple (8 1/4 oz.), drained
- 100 miniature marshmallows
- 10 maraschino cherries, halved
Directions

1Break the ladyfingers in half and place in pie dish to form the crust. Combine condensed milk and lemon juice. Add pineapple, marshmallows, 1/2 of the whipped cream and 1/2 of the cherries. Place the filling in the crust of ladyfingers and top with the remaining cream. Decorate with the remaining cherries. Enjoy!
