- 2 lb. frozen hash browns
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
- 4 oz. cream cheese (soft)
- 1/2 c. butter
- salt
- pepper
- garlic powder or salt
- 2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Place frozen potatoes in 9 x 13-inch pan or baking dish.

2In bowl, stir soup, sour cream, cream cheese, salt, pepper and garlic.

3Pour mixture over potatoes.

4Melt butter and pour over top.

5Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.

6Put cheese on top and bake another 15 minutes.

7If you put them in a crock-pot, bake them first in the oven.

8Add the cheese after the potatoes are in the crock-pot.
