Name: Party Potatoes
Ingredients: 4 c. mashed potatoes (about 8 to 10 large); 8 oz. sour cream; 8 oz. cream cheese, softened; 1 tsp. dried chives or 1 Tbsp. snipped fresh chives; 1/4 tsp. garlic powder; 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs; 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted; 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. dried chives or 1 Tbsp. snipped fresh chives
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

In a large bowl, combine potatoes, sour cream, cream cheese, chives and garlic powder.

Turn into a greased 2-quart casserole. Combine bread crumbs with butter; sprinkle over potatoes.

Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.

Top with cheese and serve immediately.
