Ingredients

  • 2 boxes Jell-O (use kind for color desired)
  • 4 c. boiling water
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. cold water
  • 1 (6 oz.) bottle lemon concentrate
  • 1 large (46 oz.) can pineapple juice
  • 1 qt. 7-Up

Directions

    Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water, then stir in sugar until dissolved.

    Allow to cool slightly and add cold water, lemon concentrate, pineapple juice and 7-Up.

    Pour into large container and freeze.
  4. 4
    Pull out of freezer a few hours to thaw before using.
