  • 4 c. water
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 large can pineapple juice (48 oz.)
  • 1 (12 oz.) can orange juice concentrate
  • 1 (12 oz.) can lemonade concentrate
  • 3 mashed bananas
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 2 (2 liter) bottles 7-Up or Sprite

Directions

    Dissolve and boil the first 2 ingredients and then let cool. Mix in the next 4 ingredients.

    Freeze this mixture.

    Let the mixture thaw a couple of hours before serving to allow it to get slushy, then add last 3 ingredients.

    This makes 1 large punch bowl.
