  • 1 lb. mild sausage, brown and drain
  • 1 lb. lean hamburger, brown and drain
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, melted
  • 1 tsp. cayenne pepper (I use less)
  • dash of garlic salt
  • dash of oregano
  • 2 pkg. party rye

Directions

    Brown sausage and hamburger in skillet; drain.

    Melt Velveeta and add to meat mixture.

    Season with herbs.

    Spread mixture by spoonfuls on party rye and broil until bubbly, 10 to 15 minutes, just before serving.
