Party Salmon

  • 6 salmon filets
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tsp season salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3/4 c beer

Directions

    Lay the salmon filets skin side down on a large piece of heavy duty foil (the foil will be sealed around the filets so make sure it's big enough!).

    Squeeze the juice of one lemon over the filets. Place slices of the juiced lemon on top of each filet. Pour 3/4 c beer over the salmon. Add the butter. Sprinkle with season salt. Loosely close the foil around the salmon and seal so there is no leaking. Gently place the foil pouch a medium hot grill and allow the fish to steam for 15 minutes. Remove the pouch (carefully!) open and serve.
