- 1 pkg. pie crust mix (2 crusts)
- 1 Tbsp. soft butter
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. bacon
- 1/2 lb. grated cheese
- 8 eggs or cholesterol free egg substitute
- 4 c. half and half
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of cayenne pepper
- dash of nutmeg
- dash of sugar
Directions

1Make pie crust according to package directions and line a 9 x 13-inch glass pan.

2Fry and crumble bacon.

3Grate cheese. Distribute bacon and cheese evenly over crust.

4Slightly beat eggs and stir in remaining ingredients.

5Pour over cheese and bacon. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes and 300° for 30 minutes.

6Let stand 15 minutes before cutting.
