Ingredients: 2 inches water can, 6.5 oz tuna, drained; 1 cream cheese pkt, 8 oz, at room temperature; 2 tablespoons minced onion; 2 tablespoons chopped parsley; 1 1/2 tablespoons Old Bay Seasoning; 1 1/2 tablespoons ketchup; 1/2 tablespoon prepared horseradish

2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 1/2 tablespoons Old Bay Seasoning
1 1/2 tablespoons ketchup
1/2 tablespoon prepared horseradish

Directions

Drain tuna.

Mix together remaining ingredients.

Add tuna and beat unitl well blended.

Pack into 4 cup mold or small bowl; chill thoroughly.

To serve, unmold onto a plate, garnish with parsley and/or olives and serve with crackers.
