Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 pounds meat Pasanda, slices 2 inch x 4 inch in size
  • 3 onion chopped
  • 3 tomatoes chopped
  • 2 teaspoons ginger crushed
  • 2 teaspoons garlic crushed
  • 2 5/8 cups yoghurt
  • 1 cup oil
  • coriander leaves Fresh, for garnish
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli Cutter
  • 1 teaspoon chilli powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon haldi powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 10 cloves whole
  • 5 cardamom green whole
  • 15 black pepper whole

Directions

    Fry onion in oil till golden brown

    Add meat slices and fry for 2 minutes.

    Add yoghurt, tomatoes, ginger , garlic, and spices and fry for 5 minutes, then add 2 cup water and cook on medium flame till meat is tender.

    Evaporate water on high flame then simmer till oil is separates out.

    Garnish with Fresh coriander leaves and Serve hot with naan/roti and salad/mint raita.
