- 6 large eggs
- 2 qt. chicken broth

1Mix cheese, bread crumbs and eggs.

3Press each ball through a pasta maker.

4The holes in the pasta maker should be 1/2-inch in diameter.

5Spread noodles on trays overnight to dry.

6Bring chicken broth to a boil.

7Drop in noodles and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring frequently.

8Serve with additional cheese on the side to sprinkle on soup.
