  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 2 c. matzo meal
  • 4 eggs

    Dissolve sugar and salt in boiling water.

    Add oil.

    Add matzo meal.

    Cool.

    Add eggs, one at a time.

    Beat thoroughly after adding each egg.

    Place in greased muffin pans.
