Chicken Spaghetti

  • 1 or 2 large hens
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 sticks oleo
  • 1 pkg. Velveeta cheese (1 1/2 lb.)
  • 1 large bell pepper
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 cans cheese soup

Directions

    Boil chicken and debone.

    Save broth and cook spaghetti in it. Before spaghetti is done, chip and chop cheese in or pour in soup.

    Saute onion and pepper in oleo.

    Mix all ingredients together in a casserole dish.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes. Will make 2 regular casseroles.
