Chicken Spaghetti

- 1 or 2 large hens
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 1/2 sticks oleo
- 1 pkg. Velveeta cheese (1 1/2 lb.)
- 1 large bell pepper
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cans cheese soup
Directions

1Boil chicken and debone.

2Save broth and cook spaghetti in it. Before spaghetti is done, chip and chop cheese in or pour in soup.

3Saute onion and pepper in oleo.

4Mix all ingredients together in a casserole dish.

5Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes. Will make 2 regular casseroles.
