- 1/3 cup shortening (or oil)
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup matzo meal
- 3 eggs
Directions

1Boil oil and water together.

2Add sugar, salt and matza.

3Mix well and allow to cool for 5 minutes.

4Add the eggs one-at-a-time.

5Mix well.

6Let mixture stand for 15 minutes.

7Drop by teaspoonful onto a greased cookie sheet-or- into Pam-sprayed cupcake tin.

8Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes or till golden brown.
