- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/2 oil
- 2 cups matzo meal
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 5 eggs
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

2Line a cookie sheet with silpat or grease it.

3In a pot, bring the oil and water to a boil.

4Once boiling, add the matzo meal, sugar, and salt.

5Mix and remove from heat. Cool the mixture slightly.

6Add the eggs, one at at time, mixing well between eggs.

7With slightly damp hands, roll the mixture into balls just smaller than a tennis ball and flatten them into a roll shape.

8Bake in the oven for 50 minutes. Cool before slicing.
