- 1/4 c. flour
- 3 to 3 1/2 lb. boneless beef roast
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 4 medium carrots, sliced diagonally
- 1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2In a large baking dish, place roast. Prepare soup mix with water as directed.

3Add flour to mixture. Arrange vegetables around roast.

4Pour soup mixture over all. Bake, covered, until roast is tender, 1 1/2 to 2 1/4 hours.
