- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/4 c. pine nuts
- 2 oz. Prosciutto
- 8 sundried tomatoes
- 1 c. heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese plus additional for garnish
- 1/2 lb. medium shrimp
- 8 oz. linguine
Directions

1Begin boiling water for pasta.

2Heat butter and oil in a skillet over medium heat.

3Saute garlic for 1 minute.

4Cut Prosciutto and sundried tomatoes into thin julienne strips, stir into skillet with pine nuts and shrimp.

5Saute for 2 minutes. Stir in cream, nutmeg, pepper and Parmesan cheese, bring mixture to a boil.

6Reduce heat and simmer over very low heat while cooking pasta.
