- 1 lb. linguine
- 1 lb. bacon
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 can black olives, chopped
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. bacon grease
- 2 cans clams
- 1/4 c. fresh parsley (toss over top)
Directions

1Simmer the olives, clam juice, chopped bacon, bacon grease and garlic for 5 minutes.

2Add butter and simmer 15 minutes.

3Add clams and simmer 5 minutes.

4Toss mix over linguine.

5Toss parsley or Parmesan cheese.
