- 1 (16 ounce) box spaghetti
- 1 egg, beaten
- 12 lb bacon
- 12 cup salted butter
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 -3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Cook pasta according to package directions.

2Drain quickly and place back into pot.

3Immediately stir in the egg and let stand.

4Slice bacon into small cubes and cook until almost crispy.

5Don't drain bacon fat.

6Add butter and let it melt.

7Warm milk in microwave and add to butter/bacon mixture.

8Add vinegar and stir until curdled mixture starts to thicken.

9Continue stirring occasionally until sauce becomes smooth.

10Pour thickened mixture over pasta in pot.

11Add parmesan cheese.

12Stir to combine.

13Salt and pepper to taste.
