- 6 to 8 slices bacon
- 1/2 medium onion
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp. butter
- 1 pkg. fettuccine or ribbed rigatoni
Directions

1Cook bacon and saute onion and pepper in same pan, along with the bacon.

2At the same time, cook pasta according to directions on bag.

3Beat eggs in separate bowl; set aside until pasta is cooked.

4Drain pasta and put in casserole dish.

5Take bacon, onion and pepper mixture and toss together.

6Next, pour beaten egg mixture over pasta and make sure all is well coated.

7Put cover on dish and let sit for 1 minute or two, then serve.
