Pasta Con Broccoli

- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- garlic salt to taste
- 1 large can mushrooms, drained
- 1 pt. heavy whipping cream
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 c. fresh Parmesan cheese
- 1 small bag frozen broccoli (pieces)
- 1 box shell noodles, cooked (use only 1/2 to 3/4 noodles)
Directions

1Melt butter in pan.

2Stir in garlic and mushrooms.

3Saute a few minutes.

4Turn heat down to low; stir in whipping cream, Parmesan cheese and 1/2 of tomato sauce.

5Simmer a few minutes, stirring occasionally.

6Stir in broccoli.

7Pour over half of noodles, then add rest of noodles while stirring.

8(Do not soak up all of juice with noodles; it will get dry later.)
