Pasta con Tonno e Capperi

  • 2 cans Drained Water Pack Tuna
  • 2 Tablespoons Chopped Vinegar Packed Capers
  • Dash Of Garlic Powder
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Lemon Juice
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Ground Chili (optional)

Directions

    Bring a potful of salted water to boil for the pasta.

    Cook according to package directions.

    In a large bowl, mix drained tuna, capers, dash of garlic powder, salt, pepper, splash of lemon juice and enough olive oil to coat pasta.

    Add a little of the pasta water to keep it from being too dry.

    Mix with freshly drained cooked pasta, and add oil if necessary.

    Serve with grated parmigiano or Grana Padano.

    I also add some ground chili to my plate to give it a kick.
