Ingredients

  • 1 head lettuce
  • 2 medium carrots
  • 1 large cucumber
  • 1 small pkg. radishes
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 stalks celery
  • bottled dressings of your choice
  • bacon bits
  • cubed ham
  • cubed cheese of choice
  • boiled eggs, cubed or sliced

Directions

    Wash all vegetables; cut lettuce into bite size pieces.

    Peel and cube carrots and cucumber.

    Cut tops and bottoms from radishes and cube.

    Seed bell pepper and cube.

    Core and cube tomatoes.

    Cut ends from celery and cube.

    Toss all vegetables together.

    Serve in individual salad bowls and top with dressing, bacon bits, ham, cheese and boiled eggs.

    Add salt and pepper to individual taste.
