Ingredients

  • 1 can (Large, 28 Ounce) Crushed Tomatoes
  • 1 can Water
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 2 cans Cannellini Or Great Northern Beans (regular Size, 16 Once Cans)
  • 1 can Kidney Beans (16 Ounce Can)
  • 1 bag Frozen Spinach (1 Pound Bag)
  • 1 box Macaroni (16 Ounce Box, I Prefer Ditilli Macaroni)
  • Parmesan Cheese (as Topping, To Taste)

Directions

    In a large pot, put the tomatoes, water and a little sugar. Bring to boil and put on simmer.

    Take one can of the white beans, drain and mash with a fork. Add the kidney beans and put in the pot. It only needs to simmer till warmed through.

    Then add the frozen spinach and warm that through.

    Cook up Ditilli macaroni or what ever you have, add to the pot and it is done.

    When serving, grate fresh parmesan cheese. The cheese makes the flavor.
