Ingredients
- 5 large eggs
- 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. milk
- 4 c. cooked pasta or 2 c. cooked pasta and 2 c. sauteed/cooked vegetables (tuna, canned crab or salmon can be added to veggies)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- black pepper to taste
- 1/2 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Butter a pie plate.

3Beat eggs in bowl. Stir in all remaining ingredients, except butter.

4Pour into pie plate.

5Cut up butter and place pieces all over the top of the mixture.

6Bake 10 minutes.

7Very gently stir mixture.
-
8Bake another 10 to 15 minutes, until knife in center comes out almost dry.

9Can cut and serve immediately.
