  • 4 cups Old Fashioned Oats
  • 2 cups Chopped Nuts
  • 2 cups Shredded Coconut
  • 1 cup Crumbled Graham Crackers
  • 1- 1/2 cup Honey
  • 3 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 2 cups Dried Fruit
  • 1 cup Dark Chocolate Chunks

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2.

    Line a deep sheet pan with parchment paper and add oatmeal, nuts and coconut to pan; toast for 10 minutes.

    Set aside parchment and pan for later.

    Reduce oven temperature to 300 degrees F. 4.

    Add toasted ingredients to a large bowl, stir in graham crackers, honey and vanilla.
