- 1 (16 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and well drained
- 1 c. Ricotta cheese
- 1 c. shredded Mozzarella
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 6 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
Directions

1Pour 1/2 sauce into a 10 x 6-inch baking dish.

2Combine spinach, Ricotta, 3/4 cup Mozzarella, Parmesan and egg; mix well. Spread each noodle with scant 1/2 cup mixture; roll up and cut in half crosswise.

3Place rolls, cut side down, in dish.

4Top with remaining sauce.

5Cover; bake at 350° for 50 minutes.

6Sprinkle with remaining Mozzarella and additional Parmesan.

7Makes 12 (2-inch) pinwheels.
