Ingredients
- 1 lb. rotini
- 1 (8 oz.) bottle favorite Italian salad dressing (not creamy)
- 1/2 can small pitted black olives
- 1/2 c. chopped fresh broccoli tops
- 4 strips bacon, cooked very crisp
- 1/2 c. shaved carrot
- 4 oz. square cut white Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. favorite croutons
Directions

1Cook rotini al dente.

2In glass or crystal serving dish, mix rotini, sliced olives, broccoli and carrots.

3Add dressing and mix gently (not necessary to use all dressing).

4Refrigerate for several hours (overnight is okay).

5When ready to serve, break bacon into bits; add cheese and mix lightly.

6Top with croutons.
