Ingredients

  • 8 to 12 oz. vermicelli (thin) spaghetti
  • 1 (6 oz.) can chopped ripe olives
  • 1 jar pimento
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 3/4 c. olive oil (light)
  • 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp. steak seasoning

Directions

    Cook pasta 4 minutes; drain.

    Pour oil, lemon juice and steak seasoning over pasta and let stand for 3 hours, stirring occasionally.

    Add olives, pimento and chopped onion; toss and serve.
