  • 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks in juice
  • 3 c. cooked spiral pasta
  • 2 c. sugar or snow peas
  • 1 c. sliced cucumbers
  • 1 c. red bell peppers or green peppers
  • 1 c. carrots (Dole)
  • 1/4 c. chopped cilantro or parsley
  • 1/2 c. lite Italian salad dressing
