Ingredients

  • 4 1/2 tsp. minced onion
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 c. diet mayonnaise
  • 1 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley
  • 2 tsp. paprika
  • 2 Tbsp. sliced black olives
  • 3 medium tomato wedges
  • 8 oz. cooked pasta, drained
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper

Directions

    Combine onion and vinegar and let set for a while.

    Add mayonnaise, salt, pepper and paprika; mix.

    Mix pasta and other ingredients with sauce and toss.

    Chill for several hours. Garnish with parsley.
