  • 1 pound Seashell Pasta Cooked And Cooled
  • 1/2 pounds Provolone Cheese, Chopped Or Shredded
  • 1/2 pounds Genoese Salami Chopped Fine
  • 1/2 pounds Ham Chopped Fine
  • 1/2 pounds Pepperoni, Chopped Fine
  • 1 whole Green Pepper, Chopped
  • 1 whole Red Pepper, Chopped
  • 3 stalks Celery, Chopped
  • 1 whole Onion, Chopped
  • 3 whole Tomatoes, Quartered
  • 3/4 cups Oil
  • 1/2 cups Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • Salt To Taste

Directions

    Cook seashell pasta as directed on box. Cool.

    In a large bowl, mix together the pasta, provolone cheese, Genoese salami, ham, pepperoni, peppers, celery, onion and tomatoes.

    Mix in a separate bowl: oil, vinegar, pepper and salt

    (oregano can be added if you want).

    Pour over pasta salad. Garnish and serve.
