Pasta Spinach Salad

Ingredients
- 6 oz. rigatoni or cavatelli
- 2 medium tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped
- 1/2 c. crumbled Feta cheese
- 1/3 c. low-calorie Italian salad dressing
- 1/4 c. sliced green onions
- 2 Tbsp. sliced pitted ripe olives
- 6 c. torn fresh spinach
- leaf oregano
- garlic and salt to taste
Directions

1Cook pasta according to package directions.

2Drain.

3In a bowl, combine pasta, tomatoes, cheese, salad dressing, green onion and olives.

4Toss gently to coat.

5Cover and chill at least 3 hours or overnight for best results.

6Sprinkle oregano, garlic, salt and pepper to taste.

7Arrange spinach on serving platter. Spoon pasta over spinach.

8Serve.
