  • 1 lb. pasta noodles (any shape or size), cook as directed
  • onions
  • bell pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. canola oil
  • 2 c. broccoli, frozen
  • 1 c. whole kernel corn, frozen
  • Nature's Seasons
  • 1 lb. sauted summer smoked sausage (optional)

Directions

    Cook pasta noodles as directed.

    Saute onions and bell pepper in canola oil.

    Add broccoli and corn.

    Steam for 15 minutes, then add pasta.

    Season with Nature's Seasons.

    Also can add 1 pound sauteed summer smoked sausage.
