- bell pepper
- 2 Tbsp. canola oil
- 2 c. broccoli, frozen
- 1 c. whole kernel corn, frozen
- Nature's Seasons
- 1 lb. sauted summer smoked sausage (optional)
Directions

1Cook pasta noodles as directed.

2Saute onions and bell pepper in canola oil.

3Add broccoli and corn.

4Steam for 15 minutes, then add pasta.

5Season with Nature's Seasons.

6Also can add 1 pound sauteed summer smoked sausage.
